Local Outreaches

We coordinate outreach events throughout the year to encourage and support our community:

Pastors Prayer Meeting
Pastor Hector Vega invites pastors and church leaders from neighborhood churches to pray together for our community. Our goal is that we might all unite and work together in serving and supporting the East Harlem community.

Police Officers Outreach
The EHF family recently coordinated an event to serve and minister to the police officers who so diligently serve our community.

Our pastor feels it is important to show them appreciation and pray for them as they continue in their work. As they sometimes they put their lives on the line for us, we endeavor to introduce them to the Good Shepherd who laid down his life for them.

Freedom Fest
Every year EHF hosts Freedom Fest—an all-day evangelical outreach event to unite and engage the community through arts & crafts, games, medical screening, worship, and food. The church in action right in our own backyard!
